Alex + Michelle, Fountain Place

It's been a very busy month for us all! We have a lot of creative shoots that will be blogged, but first lets start with Alex and Michelle!! They got married in downtown Dallas at the Avanti Fountain Place! Avanti Fountain Place is apart of our Dallas skyline! They wanted something romantic with hundreds of fountains surrounding them during the ceremony but an artistic edge for their pictures in the city.

Here are some of our favorites below! Be sure to click the slideshow at the end!

Lauren + Ryder Peacock Reception

You may recognize Lauren and Ryder from their engagement shoot not too long ago. Lauren and Ryder had an intimate destination wedding in Lake Tahoe for the family and saved the reception for their friends and other relatives here in Dallas. Their reception was held on Lauren's parents land!! It was stunning! The moment we pulled up, we knew their reception was going to rock! The details are amazing. The cake was so creative! Since Ryder's last name is Peacock, this was the creative palette for the reception! The Grooms cake was a casino theme! Their first dance was perfect! The sun was setting right on them as they shared there first dance together! Here is a collection of images of Mr. and Mrs. Peacock!

PS: Lauren and Ryder, that was the BEST BBQ we have EVER tasted!!! Thank you so much for having us document your special day!

Spending the Day with Kelly Moore...

Excited for a new change, Kelly came to the rescue! I packed my car up and headed to Ruston, LA to spend the day with Kelly Moore to help me get out of a box of thoughts! She started from beginning to end and helped me resolve some issues from her past experience and shared new innovative ideas to help me out! Brandi is 100% Rock Star! She reminded me of a stylist that puts daily house hold items into a couture photo shoot! Normally when your shooting with another photographer, there can be a little pressure, but with Kelly, I felt like I was with Vanessa and being myself and putting some thoughts down on the table :) To Lauren, our beautiful bride and Tyler, our handsome groom, you two rocked for not knowing each other!!! You really look in love!! After the shoot, my drive home was speechless! There was so much information and inspiration I couldn't stand it! Here are some of my favorites during the shoot!! Thank you Kelly, you are such a sweetheart!

Jenny and Aaron's Rockin Wedding!!!!

Wow!!! What a ROCK STAR wedding!!! We had the most amazing experience with Jenny and Aaron from day one!!!
The wedding was held at the Old Red Court house!! I it so cool to see how they have preserved the history of that build, yet they made it look so modern with the wedding décor. Jenny and Aaron both were so laid back and just really soaked in the whole day!!! I have to tell you that we have never seen a groom so excited to get his pictures taken with his boys!!! The bridal party was just fantastic! They were so helpful and just put them at ease!!!
Everything went so smooth and like clockwork, thanks to their awesome coordinator Jill!! Jenny and Aaron really took the time to make this wedding extra fun for their guest. This was the best reception we have ever been to!!! They had an incredible DJ/musician, RADU (Jessica’s Hubby)!! He really got the crowd jumping!!! They had flip books as favors!! All night people were cracking up flipping through their books!!!
My favorite part of the night was when the song, Don’t stop believing by Journey came on! It was like a really life musical!! All the guests were dancing and jumping bolting out every word to that song at the top of their lungs!! It was the coolest thing I have ever seen!!! Every time I hear that song on the Radio I just think of Jenny and Aaron’s wedding!!!!
Jenny and Aaron thank you so much for making us part of you awesome wedding!!!!
